Vinyl silicone oil mainly includes vinyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane (Vi-PDMS) and vinyl-terminated polymethyl vinyl siloxane (Vi-PMVS), with different viscosity and vinyl content.
It is the main raw material of addition liquid silicone rubber, silicone gel and other modifiers / plastic additives / reinforcement materials.

1. Used as additives in silicone rubber production to enhance the strength and hardness of silicone rubber.
2. Used to make liquid silicone rubber, which is the main material for injection thermoforming silicone rubber.
3. Used to react with polyurethane, acrylic and other organic materials to make new materials (such as coatings, etc.) with superior properties (weather resistance, aging resistance, UV resistance, enhanced toughness, etc.).
4. Used as a hardener for large molecules and high-viscosity silicone rubber, and as a diluent before vulcanization.
5. Use as a modifier for certain organic materials such as acrylic resin and vinyl acetate resin.
6. Used to make high-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, or medium-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber and silicone gel, etc.
Keep away from fire and direct sunlight.
Keep in dry and well-ventilated place.
It has 12 months shelf life in closed containers.
Products beyond the shelf life can be usable, if quality check passed.
